Details
Rumbo a España brings together three social-dance rooms: one for salsa, one for bachata, and one for tropical music. On Saturday, October 10, the bar/social runs from 9:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. at Dancefree, in El Poblado, Medellín.
Before the social, there are open-level salsa and intermediate bachata classes from 8:15 to 9:30 p.m.; salsa and bachata shows are also scheduled. A language exchange from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. is a separate activity on the program.
Tickets are $25,000 presale or $40,000 on the day; buying in advance gives priority entry. Free-flowing rum and aguardiente are offered from 10:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with Hora Loca. The night supports Proyecto M dancers’ trip to Spain.
