Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
At FullPass.social ("we", "our"), we take the privacy of our community of dancers and organizers very seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and applicable local laws.
1. Data Controller
The controller of your data is FullPass.social. For any privacy-related questions, you can contact us at: [email protected].
2. What data do we collect?
We collect the following information:
A. Information you provide to us (Users and Organizers)
- When you manually upload an event to the website.
- When you tag or mention us on Instagram (@fullpass.social) to use our automation service.
- Contact information if you write to us directly.
B. Information from Public Sources (Events)
FullPass.social functions as a public event aggregator. We collect publicly available data from social networks (Instagram, Facebook) and promotional materials, limited to:
- Event information: Name, location, schedules, prices, and description.
- Commercial contact data: Phone numbers (WhatsApp), email addresses, or social media usernames that appear explicitly in the flyer or public event description for reservation or information purposes.
- Promotional images (Flyers).
Important:
We understand that this contact information is made public for commercial purposes (ticket sales/reservations). We will not use these phone numbers for purposes other than displaying event information, nor will we sell them to third parties for marketing.
C. Automatic Information (Cookies and Logs)
Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited (for analysis and security).
D. FullPass in ChatGPT
When you use FullPass in ChatGPT, OpenAI sends the tool parameters needed for your request: city, country, dates, event types, language, result limit or event identifiers. The integration does not ask for access to your full conversation history or your ChatGPT account.
We use these parameters to find and return public events. We do not create a search history in our database. Technical records and error reports in our infrastructure and Sentry may contain request data, including IP addresses and diagnostic information.
Our current Sentry Developer plan retains diagnostic events for 30 days. Retention of other technical records depends on the hosting configuration. You can ask about a specific record or request its deletion at [email protected].
FullPass returns public event information to ChatGPT, including flyers, dates, venues, known prices and links. The event cards load images from FullPass's image delivery service. OpenAI processes your conversation under its own privacy policies.
When you open an event on FullPass, the website's data practices apply. The directions button opens Google Maps with the event's destination coordinates. Google processes your use of that service under its own privacy policy.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract Performance: To publish the event you asked us to upload (via website or Instagram).
- Legitimate Interest: To aggregate and display public events relevant to the dance community (content aggregation).
- Consent: For the use of analytical cookies or if you subscribe to future newsletters.
4. How do we use your data?
- To display events in our calendar and interactive map.
- To generate automatic descriptions using Artificial Intelligence (we process the text from flyers).
- To improve user experience and detect errors on the website.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we share strictly necessary information with trusted technology providers to operate the platform:
- Hosting and Infrastructure: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Your data is primarily stored on servers within the European Union, ensuring protection under European standards.
- Database and Cloud Services: Google Firebase (United States). Data transfer is carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and appropriate security measures.
- Artificial Intelligence: OpenAI (United States). We use its services to extract public information from event flyers. The FullPass app also exchanges tool parameters and public event results with ChatGPT, as described above.
- Web Analytics: Umami Analytics (self-hosted). A privacy-friendly analytics service that collects anonymous navigation data without using cookies or tracking personal information.
- Error monitoring: Sentry receives error reports and performance diagnostics, which may include request information. We use these records to investigate technical problems.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a user or organizer, you have the right to:
- Access: Know what data we have about you.
- Rectification: Correct erroneous data about your event or profile.
- Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request that we delete your event or your data from our database.
- Objection: Object to us processing your public events.
To exercise any of these rights, simply send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Privacy" and we will resolve it within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
We will maintain public event information indefinitely as a historical record of the dance scene, unless the organizer requests its deletion.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through our website.
