This date-night event takes place on Friday, 18 September, at Cresta Grande Hotel Cape Town in Cape Town CBD. The group class starts at 8pm, teaches salsa from the absolute beginner steps, and is open to absolute beginners, singles, couples, and groups, with no partner needed.
The SBK party begins at 9pm with two live DJs, multiple indoor and outdoor dancefloors, chill-out spots, and a checkered outdoor dancefloor. Music includes salsa, bachata, and kizomba, while the venue offers a full bar and restaurant with dinner, drinks, cocktails, and food specials.
Tickets cost R150 per person, R240 per couple, or R400 for a group of four; tickets are limited and booking is essential. Cocktail specials are available before the class, group and birthday bookings are welcome, and a special room rate of R900 for two is offered.
