On Thursday, August 6, from 9:00 pm, Social Salsa Clásica takes place outdoors at Ermita de la Virgen del Puerto in Madrid. There will be plenty of dancing, karaoke for anyone who wants to sing, and music for those who simply want to listen.
The Charanga Kings will DJ a selection of classic and vintage salsa for salseros. The session is promoted in the Madrid Río area and shared through @the.charanga.kings. The image is credited to Justo Betancourt and comes from a late-1975 photo session in New York for the album Recordando el Ayer (1976), by Celia, Johnny, Justo, and Papo.
