Bachata Thursdays: Back to the Roots takes place on Thursday, September 17, at Marcone's Dance Studio, 708 E Tidwell Rd, Houston, TX 77022.
The beginner bachata class runs from 9:00 to 9:30 PM, followed by the intermediate class from 9:30 to 10:00 PM; all levels are welcome and no partner is required. Social dancing follows from 9:40 PM to 1:00 AM, with traditional bachata classics and favorite songs hosted by David Juárez.
Admission is $17 for classes plus social or $14 for social only. The event is open to everyone and centered on bachata.
