On Friday, September 25, 2026, Sabor y amor brings a queer social for the LGBTQ+ community to Chica Bonita Lounge, at 840 S. Spring St., Los Angeles; it’s presented by Jayzee Jazz and Chica Club LA.
Doors open at 9 p.m., with a salsa and bachata class at 9:30 p.m.; then the social, perreo and shows run until 2 a.m., with music by DJ Aja. Marisela and Heather of Sage Dance Company have special performances; Bonnie Schiffman is also on the lineup, billed as coming fresh from Dinah Shore the following weekend, and birthday guests are celebrated.
Jayzee Jazz hosts alongside DJ Les Ortiz. No partner or experience is needed—you can lead or follow; free street parking and nearby parking lots are available, and tickets are offered through the link in bio or at the door.
