On Saturday, October 24, Pinktober brings salsa and bachata together for a Breast Cancer Awareness Month fundraiser. It takes place at La Vie Dance Studios, 1255 West Morena Blvd, San Diego.
The schedule starts at 6:30 p.m. with the Pink Program Workshop, followed by a 7:30 p.m. VIP social hour and a 9:00 p.m. dance class with general admission. The event runs until 2:00 a.m., with social dancing, a silent auction, food, and dance performances.
Proceeds support Pink Program, a dance wellness program for breast cancer survivors and thrivers. Presale tickets are available at TranquiFoundation.org/Pinktober; the flyer does not list prices.
