On Sunday, September 27, The Salsa Beat Social takes place at Studio K, 9330 Claremont Mesa Blvd, Suite C, San Diego, CA 92123. Salsa classes with The Salsa Beat team run from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.: levels 5, 3, and 1 at 3:30, then levels 4, 2, and 0 at 4:15. The $15 cover includes classes and can be paid in cash or through Venmo.
Social dancing is 5:00–7:30 p.m., with a group photo scheduled for 5:00. Juan-2-3 and Rojo curate the music, with sound by DJ Básico. Studio K has a 2,500-square-foot padded dance floor, three air-conditioning systems with dehumidifiers, and plenty of parking.
